Good news and bad news: Exo-skeleton for the disabled

The good news: a Japanese company has developed an exoskeleton to help people with disabilities move better, increasing the wearer’s body strength up to 10 times.

The bad news: it costs $4000 (actually a lot cheaper than many other mobility options), and it’s only available in
Japan right now.

The creepy news: the company is called Cyberdyne, and the device is called the HAL–a creepy case of science fiction becoming reality.
