Unfortunately, I haven’t found a direct link to the diocesan newspaper that works, so I’ll link to Domenico Bettinelli.
Bishop Doran of Rockford, Ill., has written a very fire-and-brimstone column condemning the Democrats and their “seven sacraments of secularism”: “abortion, buggery, contraception, divorce, euthanasia, feminism of the radical type, and genetic experimentation and mutilation.” Without naming names, he condemns “one party” for leading our society towards cultural suicide. It’s amazing, and it’s getting talked about all over the ‘Net.
Also, if I have any regular readers, I haven’t posted lately, because I’ve been taking 3 classes this past month: two computer classes for credit that end in mid-September and two short but intensive training classes for a new adjunct instructorship.
I’m also working on a book, and I’m formulating the idea for an article I’m hoping to publish professinoally, tentatively titled “We lost the Culture Wars at Lambeth.”
